I have been listening to the CD every night for over 2 weeks now. I do feel more relaxed and calm in my daily life--can't say yet if it is because of the CD. However, having been a chronic insomniac, I appreciate the fact that not only I haven't been able to stay awake and listen to the whole CD once, but I typically fall asleep within the first few minutes! Thats amazing! Now, if it is true that the positive affirmations are being absorbed at a subconsious level while you sleep, then thats icing on the cake.Book Review: The Secret Universal Meditation CD

IF you have been lucky enough to have read "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne then you need to add this to your life changing program.
Kelly Howell whispers the vital secret information to you as you sleep.
I have been listening for about 2 1/2 weeks now and can already see changes in my way of thinking and living. Kelly has the most soothing voice and I look forward to putting thos headphones on!. If you fall asleep, NO PROBLEM your mind will absorb it. GET THIS CD and start ENJOYING
Book Review: Wake up feeling good!

The Universal Mind CD is so relaxing. When I'm having trouble sleeping and want to wake up feeling positive and reinvigorated, I play this in my headphones and set my music player to go off in an hour (about the length of the session). It always helps me drift easily to sleep and I wake up feeling refreshed and positive. It's a great way to end the day when you are able to drift off to sleep listening to soothing music and positive affirmations.Book Review: Gets You in the Flow!

I've been a fan of Kelly Howell for many years and highly recommend her Brain Sync CDs. The Secret Universal Mind Meditation is based on the work of U.S. Andersen. His book, "Three Magic Words" is also a must read.
The two combined are very powerful tools. Howell's CD has certainly helped me to achieve a more IN THE FLOW or ZONE state where I can open up my mind to new insights and inspirations.

My husband and I were having some financial difficulties and someone recommended that I listen to this. I know this sounds strange, but I've been listening to this CD at night as I fall asleep for several months - and our financial situation is definitely turning around! I was skeptical...but not anymore. For that very reason, I highly recommend this CD to anyone who would like to better their money situation.
