I PURCHASED THE SECRET UNIVERSAL MIND MEDITATION IN ERROR & FOUND IT TO BE A BLESSING. I'D CALL THIS A DIVINE INTERVENTION. SINCE PURCHASING THE SECRET UNIVERSAL MIND MEDITATION, I'M EXPERIENCING DEEPER AND MORE SOUND SLEEP WHICH LEAVES ME FEELING TOTALLY RESTED AND ABLE TO FUNCTION MORE EFFECTIVE THROUGHOUT MY WORK DAY. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FIND THAT I HAVE MORE PATIENCE & TOLERANCE FOR RUDE & DEMANDING PEOPLE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MIND MEDITATION FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS SLEEP AND AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT.

After listening to a sample meditation on the Brain Sync website I had to run down to the store and pick up a copy of this CD. I listened for the first time last night and loved it. I did fall asleep about half way through, but woke up repeating a lot of the affirmations in my mind... it was really a trip. The sound effects are great, Kelly's voice is very soothing and easy to listen to. I've been meditating for many years, but found with this CD it is not something you need to know how to do. I have only been using this cd for about three weeks in conjunction with another cd called "positive thinking". I listened to this once while staying awake for the whole content so I would know what it is about. Since then, I listen while falling asleep and usually don't stay awake past the first few minutes. It is relaxing and calming. I have noticed that I have more of a positive outlook and my stress level has decreased. I cannot say for sure if that is entirely due to this CD but I do consider it enjoyable and worth the money.Book Review: Calming CD

After listening to this soothing CD, I can honestly say it works very well. I have been upset and worried about so many things. I put on my headphones, before I fall asleep, and the beautiful voice of Kelly made me feel so calm. After listening for a week, I felt only stillness about all the things I used to worry about. When I didn't listen to the CD for a few weeks, the tightness in my chest returned. I immediatley went back to listening. I always fall asleep during it because her voice is wonderful. My boyfriend and I have listened to this tape every night since I purchased it...we still have not been able to listen to the whole thing. Kelly Howell's voice is mesmerizing, smooth and beautiful. You will drift off into a sound sleep while The Secret is slowly whispered into your unconscious mind.
We find that we sleep more soundly and deeply when we listen to the CD while drifting off to sleep. We have even found that we need to take it with us when we go camping!
Highly recommended.
