Book Review: Wonderful CD

I am writing this review after using the CD for 6 weeks.
I think this is one of the best products in the market. Kelly's voice is soothing and lulls me to sleep. The CD did give me a headache first few days .After 15 days I almost got into habit of listening to her voice.
I always blamed myself for not making right decisions. I would agonise over everything for days.Kelly's CD imbibed in my mind that I cannot control everything in life and it has lifted burden off my chest. I feel lighter and have been able to meditate better and sleep better.I don't think I can stop listening to it now....

This CD is good at helping you learn to LIVE The Secret. I have been listening to this CD for 4 weeks now. It is so much easier for me to stay calm under stress than it was before I began to listen to this. Further, I am much more able to turn negative thoughts in to positive thoughts. Before when I was down after a very difficult day, I could not let go of "stinkin thinkin". Now I am able to do so very easily. I believe after 6 weeks of listening to this nightly, my life will become even better and better. I highly recommend this to anyone trying to achieve inner peace and a positive train of thought!Book Review: Universal Mind Meditation CD

I have many, many meditation CDs and tapes, including several from Kelly Howell (she has the perfect voice), and this one is my absolute FAVORITE. The affirmations/meditation is perfect and in tune with the principles of "the secret". The music is lovely and soothing (much appreciated after my stressful workday), and the "vibes" help me to fall asleep easily. Lots of my own current "issues" seem to have a lot less impact on me lately since I have been listening to this CD. It also reinforces for me the principles of the Universal Mind and the Secret. I am in my 5th week of listening to this gift from God/Goddess. I find myself more peaceful and not so easy to anger or frustrate. I am handling business decisions and correspondence with a peace and flow that I have not known before! My personal life is subtly changing from a fearful, worrysome and stressful existance to a graceful, peaceful and magnetic life! I am excited to see how my life will tansform and plan on making this meditation my nightly ritual from now on. This is an Amazing Grace for all of us. Bravo to Kelly and her generous heart...Book Review: It works!

Has great music. nice to listen to while falling asleep (it's designed to be listened to while falling asleep). If you mediate, but don't have the time that day, this is a great substitute. In any situation, for any person, I'd strongly recommend this propduct. I honestly believe it took all doubt from my mind that the "law of attraction" works. Believing in it is the hardest part, and this CD works for that. SIDE BENEFIT: Having trouble sleeping? Have issues with loud noises keeping you awake? This CD works wonders! It'll put you to bed.
