Book Review: My nightly ritual

I have fallen asleep to this cd every night now for 2 1/2 weeks and I love it. I have the secret book and video and find this cd is helping in staying commited to the secret. It does say that you need to listed to this cd every night for 6 weeks because it's the minimum amount of time to make a lasting change in your life so be prepared to commit to listening to it every night. It's got great music, her voice is soothing and easy to listen to and it actually helps me fall asleep within minutes (something that used to take me 30 minutes or more nightly) I would feel good about recommending this to someone who is following the secret. I really think this is helping me with positive thinking!Book Review: it works!

Like some other people said, there is something wrong with this CD. I have only listened to it once, and the next day I felt confused and disoriented, as if I was drinking or something. Also, while listening, a few times I had the impression there was a bug crawling in a few different spots on my skin, but there wasn't. This is very creepy. Please think twice before you try listening to this CD. I haven't tried any other CD's by this author, but this one I will never try again.

I guess that was just a cellular rebuilding phase. After it was over, I felt more focused. Then I used Sacred Ground by the same author. It works!

This is the best CD that I have listened to. I have several of Kelly Howell's CD's and they have changed my life. Universal Mind Meditation has given me a postive outlook on life. I was going through a hard time and listened to this CD. It helped me a lot in moving forward. Kelly has a slim natural CD that I listened to for 6 weeks and lost 20 pounds. I have kept the pounds off and now eat healthier. Attract Love is also a very good CD. My boyfriend and I were having problems and are now doing great after I listened to attract love for 6 weeks. It helped me to love my self first. I can't live without Kelly Howell's CD's at Brain sync. They have turned my life around and brought be great Joy.Book Review: Skeptic turned Believer

I have battled depression for years and someone recommended this meditation to me and I have listened to it every night for 2 weeks so far and it has absolutely changed my life! (sounds trite, I know, but it's the honest truth). I find that anytime a negative thought creeps into my mind, I subconciously PUSH it right back out and start thinking positive thoughts! I think Kelly's voice is one of the MOST soothing, relaxing voices to listen to every night. I have yet to make it through the entire CD without falling asleep.
I am happier in 2 weeks of listening to this CD than I have been in 20 years of depression medication and therapy.
I highly recommend it.
Book Review: Any trouble sleeping?

I bought this CD because I liked "The Secret" DVD I wasn't sure what this one was but I love it. I have always had trouble falling asleep and I'm usually out before the end of this cd. I am dealing with Cancer and thought I could use some positive thoughts before sleep and it seems this does the job. I haven't seen any miracles YET but for me just being able to sleep is a miracle. The voice on the cd is smoothing and the music feels just right.
I have tried to listen to other cd's for meditation but the voices for some reason made me feel uncomfortable. I'm going to check to see if Kelly Howell has any meditation that you should stay awake to.
