Book Review: Can feel the changes

I chose this CD because I was looking for help making changes in my life. The first time I listened to it, I could feel a warm tingle throughout my body and then I went straight to sleep. I slept like a baby and woke up in such a good mood. Needless to say it was easy to remember to listen every night. I have been listening for two weeks now, and I have to admit about 7 days into listening to it, I did feel heavy and negative. I read about this being one of the reactions to changing. All the negative rises to the surface in order to heal. Well that is not easy at all. But if you recognize what it is, which I did, I just let it pass. Now for the last few days I have felt so empowered. I have been taken more responsibility for my own life. I just feel excited to live life. Its only been two weeks. I still have 4 more weeks to go before the recommended healing process to take full effect. I cannot wait to see what happens next. There have been opportunities that have shown up in my life, and I have been in business for two years with no major success. Opportunities to take my business to the next level seem to be popping up left and right. I am grateful to Kelly for creating this.
I now have my teenagers listening, and I am excited for the head start of looking at their lives through rose colored glasses.
I highly recommended this to anyone looking for peace in their life.
