Book Reviews of The Sacrifice (Animorphs #52)

Book Review: WARNING: Spoilers for #50, #51 , and #52 !!!
Summary: 5 Stars

Animorphs #52: The Sacrifice is narrated by Ax and will deal with major changes that have been going on since #45. (BTW, #51 isn't out yet of today, the 30th, but a MAJOR change -- in fact, several -- will occur in #51) James, the new Animorph, will partially narrate it as well. There's also to be a 'betrayal from within'-- two of the Animorphs will betray their team. We've seen Cassie do a shocking thing in #50 -- she is one of them and I'm guessing Ax is the other one. Since the Animorphs are thinking of blowing up the Yeerk Pool, and #52 is called 'THE SACRIFICE'-- might Ax be the one to commit that sacrifice? It looks so...

Book Review: The sacrifice ( animorphs #52 )
Summary: 5 Stars

The animorphs have had to deal with a lot lately. Major changes in the way they live. Betrayal from within. Deadly missions. And, now, it's getting worse. The new Visser One is stepping up the invasion. The yeerks are getting more daring and cocky.

Ax and the Animorphs have to do somthing drastic. They can't keep waiting for the Yeerks to strike before they take action. So they form a plan. Something that threatens to destroy the very morals that seperates them from the enemy. They are going to blow up the Yeerk pool ......

Book Review: Will attract any ex-Animorphs fan!
Summary: 5 Stars

I, among many others, stopped reading the series after book 31 when I got fed up with it - nothing at all was happening and the violence was getting to be a bit much. However, after reading the cover copy and a bit inside of this one, I decided it might be worth it and got it. Sure enough, I was very pleased that K.A. Applegate had gotten back to her old style of writing this good series, so it received a place on my shelf and a good review on the Internet.

Book Review: Good, but with some mistakes.
Summary: 5 Stars

This book was really great! Just like the last couple, this one was suspenseful and surprising so much that you can't put it down. But I did pick up on a few mistakes. The new Animorph from book #50 called Timmy is called "Tuan" in this one, and James' bird of prey morph goes from falcon to hawk, but these really don't take anything away from the story. An excellent book that will keep you anxiously awaiting the end of the series.

Book Review: Finally!
Summary: 5 Stars

Finally KA's books are getting interesting again!. I skipped some books after I started to get bored with the series. I got this one just to see if it was any good. (Ax is one of my favorite characters.) I was pleased with it and went on to get The Answer.

I would recommend this one to any one who has read The Ulitmate #50. You may have to back track some if you haven't.
