The Dave Diet Book comes with a Vedio. The vedio is excellent as it shows why it is important to change from a meat diet to an all Plant diet.
The Doctors that had major health problems explain how they stopped eating a meat diet and changed to a Plant Diet. Changing to an all Plant Diet corrected and cured their health problems. I change to a Plant Diet over a year ago and I am in excellent health.I am 77 years old and have NO Metical Health Problems.

Excellent!! As someone who has a terrifying family history of terminal cancers, this book is so encouraging. It presents in an easy-to-understand format proven scientific information that should be the foundation for everyone's heart healthy, cancer preventing lifestyle. I especially enjoyed the DVD included and watch it regularly to make sure I am following The Rave Diet and Lifestyle as closely as possible. The closer I can stay to the guidelines (which is actually very easy), the more the health benefits. This book will save lives!!

that after having just watched the dvd, I ordered the book and a set for each family member. Not only that, I'm changing my diet immediately. I'd already stopped eating meat, eggs and dairy for animal welfare issues - but now I'll know how (and why) to do it far better. And I want to devote every dollar and spare minute I can to promote this message for the rest of my life. I suppose an amazon.com review is a good place to start. Truly a Godsend. The first part of the book is an excellent summary of the detrimental consequences (heart disease, cancer, diabetes, etc) of our typical eating patterns and the dangerous fad diets that abound today. The second part provides the details of the Rave Diet. With amazing simplicity and a few changes in our lifestyle we can obtain optimal health and even reverse disease. The book is very easy reading and well grounded in scientific research. I will definitely recommend anyone to pick up the book and the CD. While CD will drastically change your perspective on your diet, the book will provide more details about the diet. Plus, it had lots of great references on the back, so you could do more research about the topic, in case you are interested. I already passed my book and CD to someone else and I am ordering a package of 50 CDs from ravediet website, so I could spread the word out. We really need to make the changes in our diets NOW.
