Book Review: Really good assortment of recipes

This is my third pressure cooker cookbook, definitely the best and most useful of the three, and probably the last one I will need to buy. It is a very good book for beginners as well as those who want to go on beyond basics. It has many recipes that I am very glad to have.
The book has a section on the basics of pressure cooking, then recipes for appetizers, soups, salads, meats, fish and shellfish, side dishes, desserts, chutneys and jams, and includes an herb guide and metric conversion charts. There are 250 recipes. No pictures, which is normally not a problem.
Most recipes include serving suggestions (what goes good with it) as well as information on storing and freezing the particular recipe.
The recipes use ingredients that I've heard of and can buy at any supermarket.
There is a huge variety of recipes, simple to more complex. I'm sure there is something for everyone. A few of the recipes I've tried or am going to try: round steak with onion sauce; swiss steak; stuffed head of cabbage; stewed chicken; kielbasa sausage with cabbage and potatoes; chicken breasts with onions and herbs (can you tell I love onions?); and too many to name involving side dishes with potatoes and sweet potatoes. Lots of good, basic homecooking-type stuff, which is what I wanted. But there are also lots of ethnic recipes, such as for French, German, Italian, Mexican and Greek dishes. That is one thing I really like about the book -- the variety.
