Book Reviews of The PowerScore LSAT Logic Games BibleBook Review: Much better than Kaplan & Princeton Review Summary: 5 Stars
The PowerScore LSAT Logic Games Bible was truly just what I needed to ace the LSAT. I first studied from Kaplan's prep book and Princeton Review's prep book, however, they did not offer detailed instructions on how to attack the concepts of the Logic Games. Whereas the Logic Games Bible goes through step-by-step on how to attack any problem that has ever been on the LSAT and may appear again. Once you couple the skills you learn from this book with several timed, practice tests, you will be truly prepared to score high on the LSAT.
Book Review: You can do it! Summary: 5 Stars
First a caveat, you have to know how to use this, but once you figure it out this book can take you far.
Don't worry about their termonology or figuring out the type of problem, just use this book to learn their diagramming methods and what the look for on the test.
Also very very helpful is that they have many practice problems and sections and can explain why each answer is correct. By doing this you learn what mistakes you're making and how not to make those same mistakes again.
Good Luck
Book Review: Indispensible resource, Killoran FOR PRESIDENT!!!! Summary: 5 Stars
This book is God's gift to man. I took a $1500 prep course but my score on the logic games section refused to go up. Then I purchased this book and it changed my life. But the key is that you gotta take actual practice exams and learn by applying these strategies to actual LSAC lsat exams. Same thing goes for LSAT scientist statistical strategies; you can only learn that stuff by applying it to actual LSAT exams. With these two tools my score was raised significantly on the LSAT exam. Killoran you are the greatest.
Book Review: SECRET to the logic games bible******** Summary: 5 Stars
This is the best book on the LSAT logic games section. I was consistently getting 4-5 questions wrong on the logic games section until I utilized this book. It was amazing as it gives a cumulative review of all the different types of logic games found on the LSAT. While prepping for the Oct LSAT, I have reviewed test prep material from all major companies and only two things have worked for me one is this Powerscore Logic games bible and the second is lsatnerd statistical strategies.
Book Review: Got me a perfect score june 09 Summary: 5 Stars
With this book and the Logik Games setup guide I got every single Logic Games question right on the June LSATs! I didn't think I could possibly do that. Those two books and lots of tedious practicing (do every single practice LG section you can get your hands on, and do them over and over again) ingrained the patterns of these games onto my brain, and I went into the test and I was in the zone. Do NOT use any books that utilize fake questions, there is no point to them!
