This series has helped me get deeper into my meditation. I've learned some new methods to consider, such as tonglen, as well as a bit of history behind the methods. I am able to connect with Pema's lectures because she approaches the subjects with lightness and humor. I bought this after a friend sent me "Getting Unstuck." I would recommend both. This collection is more of a lecture style while Getting Unstuck is more anecdotal.
