This book is a profound exposition of the spiritual teachings that Sri Ramana Maharshi bestowed upon the world. In this book the exact method of practicing Self-inquiry is explained in a clear, coherent manner. There are two chapters in this book on the subject of the practice of Self-inquiry. Sri Sadhu Om makes it clear that the point of Self-inquiry is not repeating "Who am I?" and the point of Self inquiry is not repeating "To whom do these thoughts arise?". The purpose of Self-inquiry is Self-Awareness or Self-attention. Sri Sadhu Om spent five years in the company of Sri Ramana Maharshi and decades in the company of Sri Muruganar.
