Book Review: the best thing going

this cleanser is the best thing that could happen to any individual. I had poor blood circulation, and varicose veins. After a 21 day fast I was relieved of the tightness in my less the varicose veins had gone down and there was no pain at all. The book is so excellent in details and easy to follow instructions anyone would be able to get involved in the process. I found the book very informative as far as foundational information was concerned(like the medical information on lemons and the building blocks of protein and how the acids work in our bodies). The book is sooooooo (smile) valuable. I bought many of the books and share them with people wherever I find the need and people are open to receive. We as people have to be willing to let go of some of the things from tradition (ham hocks, chittlerings, bacon, etc.) and eat what is healthy for our bodies and leave our taste buds out of it. I would recommend this book to anyone as I speak I am now on the cleanser diet I plan to go the whole 40 days, I might stop at 34. I have been on 24 days. If you're looking for a guide that's going to show you the "perfect diet", you can contiue looking. Stanley Burroughs effectively instructs us on how to cleanse and purify our bodies without using harmful and otherwise toxic chemicals and supplements. For me the Master Cleanser worked exactly as he claims it will in the book. Not only did I cleanse my entire system, and start feeling more alive than I ever have, but my focus became more clear, my skin appeared healthier and as an added bonus I lost more weight in 35 days, than I have lost in a year. I'm one of the biggest skeptics around and everything is a scam to me, however The Master Cleanse is true to it's word. Such a small book packs a wallop with the life changing/saving information that it contains. At the very least, if you follow the plan you will detoxify your system and if you're lucky, like me, you'll shed some unwanted pounds from the fat being burned away by your newly super charged system! I highly recommend that everyone pick up this book. It will change how you think, eat and look at diet plans.Book Review: The book is good, the feeling is GREAT!

I know this sounds a bit sketchy, but believe me it works. It is only for the strong willed, mind you, and don't even think about trying this unless you are ready to do so.
It is a bit tough at first, but after a bit you start to lose the hunger pains and you start to feel clean and healthy. You can actually feel the body emptying and you can feel that your insides are empty and clean.
By the end, I had an amazing natural high. I did this diet for 10 days but had some difficulties for a bit. I was working in a restaurant, standing for 6 hours next to a 600 degree pizza oven and at times felt terrible, as if I was going to pass out, so I had to eat. If you must eat, you can eat some fruit and then fast the next day and eliminate. I still got good results, but DON'T EAT unless you feel really bad. The days I was not working in the restaurant, I could go about my daily routine, even exercising mildly.
It's great, it works, but there are only a few brave enough and strong enough to see it through. Good luck!

I tried it for two days as an experiment, and I saw some immediate benefits - decreased hypertension headaches, increased energy (& libido), clearer thinking. I found everything at a Whole Foods Supermarket for under $20, don't waste your money on these online scammers selling Master Cleanser kits. The drink itself is tasty and sweet which makes it a more enjoyable experience than you'd imagine. I caught a cold after the second day and had to stop the cleanse, but I've noticed the duration of the cold was shorter than usual. After the holidays, I plan to go back on the cleanse for the full ten days and reap the benefits. Flushing out your system makes total sense. This cleanse is awesome in its simplicity and efficacy. You have nothing to lose but all the years of crap, sludge, and nastiness built up inside you. If you're still skeptical, just remember that when John Wayne died, they found 40lbs of crap stuck in his colon. And Elvis had 60lbs.! As we say in NYC, it's time to hop on the #2 Express Train to Flushing! hehe!!!Book Review: Great diet, it works!

I have IBS and I found this diet and decided to try it out. I stayed on this diet for 21 days. I lost 21 pounds. I didn't exercise at all. But I did go camping for a week at Big Sur in California and I stayed on the diet all throughout. I cooked hot dogs, and other camp food for everyone and yet managed to squeeze my lemons and make my lemonade. I resisted all temptations and I lost weight. I only had one episode of dizziness after 10 days. I just drank the lemonade with more syrup and it went away. Initially I got headaches and felt bad the first 3 days but then I just cruised it until the dizzy spell 10 days later. I'm a foodaholic and my mind was always on food. Now I eat smaller protions and eat more vegetables. It's a great diet. Don't be afraid to try it. Regarding the "protein argument" well, this isn't forever, it's for 10 or more days. I survived and you will too. I lost weight and feel great. While I was on the diet my IBS stop bothering me completely. And now, though I still have IBS, it's manageable. I just feel better.
