Book Reviews of The Magnesium MiracleBook Review: A must read for everyone who cares about their health.! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a very well written, easy to understand, explanation of this most critical mineral to the health and well being of the human body. Everyone who cares about their health, needs to read this. I couldn't put it down and have already made improvements in my own health, since reading it. The principal is so simple and so basic and yet so overlooked. We need to start taking responsibility for our own health and the best way to start is by reading this book.
Book Review: Educational Summary: 5 Stars
I am impressed with this book. It's easy to read and understand, and I learned a lot about the importance of magnesium and how it helps us to function. I have shared this book with friends and family so they can improve their diets and learn how a magnesium deficiency affects their health. My daughter has NOT had a migraine since she has incorporated this mineral in to her diet. That in itself made the purchase worthwhile.
Highly recommend.
Book Review: Eye Opener! Summary: 5 Stars
This isn't your typical "you need Magnesium so here is where you buy it" and then bloated with a bunch of pages with a thousand sources that anyone can easily find on the internet. This is good reading and well done to open your eyes and make you aware, not only of the need, but the reasons. If you want hand-holding go to the health food store but if you want an education on the subject, this a good one.

Incredible how ignorant our society has made our doctors and Medical "experts!!" This book is amazing!! Todays proffesionals need only to look at the natural workings of the human body, not only to cure but prevent our modern era so called "epidemics." Magnesium is a vital key to our lost selves. please read and pass on this priceless knowledge!!!
Book Review: The Magnesium Miracle - a valuable insight in our health Summary: 5 Stars
This book is a treasure for keeping a good health and also an eyeopener in many aspects.
People are suffering from a magnesium deficiency worldwide anyhow. I'm living in Europe and matters over here are as worse as described in the book. Anyway, I think it should have a place in every household.
