I was told about the Master Cleanse back in 2002. Since then I have done it religiously every 4 months for the past 5 years! I am a 42 year old male. I played alot of basketball growing up and in my 30's acquired bone spurs in my left foot. When I am on the cleanse I feel absolutely fantastic and so does my foot. I am now on day 11 and have lost about 10 pounds (now 175; 6'). I work on a marketing floor and I have had dozens of others begin the cleanse, with life changing results! I have been moving towards a Raw Foods diet for some time now. I have been reading & learning as much as possible on the subject and making "baby steps". This cleanse is the perfect way to start my whole new path to Raw Foods, cleanse the body and then only put pure living foods in afterwards. If you are someone who is also considering to move on the a healthier way of life, I highly recommend starting off with the Lemonade Diet!

I did my very first Master Cleanse earlier this year for 12 days in January. I bought the book & this CD together. I highly recommend the CD because it was extremely helpful to listen to Peter Glickman explain the detox symptoms and the details of the cleansing process. For me personally, listening to the CD everyday in my car to and from work helped keep to motivated when I was going through some bad detox days. The next time I do a cleanse, I will still listen to this CD daily!Book Review: Very Pleased

I am so thankful now that I have the tools to become a healthier person. When I first heard about the cleanse, I had to go buy the CD right away. Peter does a great job of telling you exactly how to follow the cleanse to get the best results, along with things to expect from your body during the cleanse, which is so helpful on your first time. I love the CD because I can take it in the car and share it with others. A wonderful tool for improved health and well-being.Book Review: Awesome

I like this book because, real people with the same questions like myself are talking and in turn Peter is answering. It's very informative and helpful. I carried it around throughout the whole cleanse, laughed and read to myself. I haven't really checked the scale yet but I feel a difference in my clothes. I am on this cleanse to kick my addictions and start to eat healthy!
I definately recommend that everyone try it just once.
