Book Review: Great book about a avg team with big names.
Summary: 5 Stars
I am a big Lakers fan and have been for years. This 2003-4 Season is one of the worst in my memory as a Lakers fan. We should have won it all but there was so many things going on inside this team that we were not close to win.
I love to read how Phil look at this team and what was wrong with it
- Payton never fit it
- Malone injured in the playoffs(Phil thinks if he is healty the Lakers could have won).
- Kobe rape case
- Shaq hates Kobe
- Kobe hates Shaq
- H.Grant gets injured
This was a team with big names but well there was no team. But they had great talent and to win a strong team like the Spurs was great.
Great book and fun to read and see how Kobe and Phil are doing well together today but they were not close in 2003-2004 season.
