It has now been over 2Weeks since i have returned a cracked CD which was in the back of an instuctional book i purchased..i paid for it and also had to pay again to return the cracked CD. I filled out all the paper work required..yet no responce,,i'really hope that the customer is looked after in this case over a CD! unhappy Customer,, ..Australia.
