Book Review: How it all began

I didn't know how to rate this book.I would give 8 because it's not as good as the other Animorphs and a ten for K.A. trying.To be fair I gave it a 9.In this book You learn about How It all began.How Tom was infested.How Tobias was trapped and of course how they got there morphing power from the wounded Andalite Prince.Prince Elfangor
In some ways I agree with the reader from Seattle,Washington That it's not as good as the others but in some ways he/she is wrong.It's a great book for a first animorphs book.Even if you did read another Animorph book it did not describe the begining in such detail.

Animorphs is definitely a great series from pre-teens and kids in their early teens. I really enjoyed all of the ones I've read so far. They are about five regular kids whose lives were turned upside down. When a dying alien called an Andalite comes to Earth and tells them the planet is under a secret attack from a race called Yeerks, he gives them the incredible power to morph into any animal they acquire. The Invasion starts off the whole crazy saga the kids go on to stop the Yeeks from completely taking over Earth. It's a great book that's very fun and intersting to read and I definitely recommend it!Book Review: The Yeerks have come

I loved "The Invasion." It involves evil slug-like aliens who have come to take over Earth by contolling the human race. They are called the Yeerks. Their mortal enemies are the Andalites, a race of morphing aliens. Even they cannot stop the Yeerks from coming to Earth. A dying Andalite prince, Elfangor, is forced to give five teenagers the power to turn into any animal they touch. Now they are the only beings who can stop the Yeerks and the leader of the invasion, Visser Three, from suceeding in their evil plans. Animorphs #1 is about 5 kids who can change into any animal they wish. They got this power from an alien that landed in a construction site at night outside a mall. The 5 kids names are Jake, Rachel, Casey, Marco, and Tobias. One Monday morning at school, Jake morphed into a lizard in his locker because two kids put him in there. How do they morph? Well,....they think about an animal and think about being that animal and then they shrink or grow into the animal they want to be. I think this book is really good. Ahh...the book that started it all. And a great one at that. I still remember when no one knew about animorphs and I had gotten this book. Everyone was asking what it was. Well, it was great. Now I'm going to get an animorphs book, too, but it will be The Conspiracy. But this book started it all. It was an amazing book, from just hanging at the mall, to having your world flipped up-side-down before you know it. Amazing!!! I seriously recommend this book to anyone who has an open mind, even adults. Read this book (#1) up through number 4 and you'll be hooked!
