Helps you think about the mental side of the game, but it's not as successful as is Inner Tennis. He wants you to say the words "Back", "Hit", "Finish" as you observe these events in your swing. But the normal swing is so fast that by the time you say Back, you're already at Hit, etc. Seems silly. However, he strngly emphasizes the concept of getting your mind to stop messing with your swing, and thus your game, which is a worthy goal.
