Book Reviews of The Indian in the Cupboard

Book Review: still a classic
Summary: 5 Stars

I still enjoy this book that I first read as I child. The sheer creativity of the story makes this such an enjoyable read for anyone of any age. I love the relationship that develops between the big kids of the 20th century and the little people they bring to life from the past. This is one of those classic books that I will never tire of reading.

Book Review: Why Can't Things Like The Cupboard Be Real?
Summary: 5 Stars

A boy named Omri receives a magical cupboard that makes his action figures come to life. First there is an Indian, later a cowboy. The magic in this novel is not only the powers of the cupboard but the way the boy and the living figures interact. This book is such fun... It gives your imagination a pleasant workout. Recommended for any and all!

Book Review: A true friend found
Summary: 5 Stars

I recommended this book for a children's book club because it covers the topics of friendship and loyalty, but also the responsibilities that come with friendship. I read the book myself, as an adult, and found it "lovely" and exciting at the same time. My eleven year old daughter loved the book (she knows the book thorugh school), too.

Book Review: the magical cupbourd
Summary: 5 Stars

I though that the book The indian in the cupboard by lynn reid banks was very good.though there was a sad part . It made me almost stop reading .even though it was sad I still wanted to read it in one night but it was to long .I got it finished in one weak . It made me happy at the end . if you want to know the end get the book.

Book Review: Excellent book!
Summary: 5 Stars

This was a great book and very understandable for nine year olds, like me. I reccomend that you should read the book, and then rent the movie from a video store. It's a great movie! Also, continue to read the whole series and share the adventures of Patrick, Omri, Boone, and Little Bear with the rest of your family.
