Book Reviews of The Indian in the Cupboard

Book Review: My all-time favorite, required reading for kids
Summary: 5 Stars

At 19 years old and a sophmore in college, I'd still have to say that this is my favorite childhood book. I read it at least once a year , and continue to enjoy how Banks treats childrens feelings, lives and decisions with respect and dignity. On the surface a magical story, but read more deeply, an inspiring and accurate account of an episode I'm sure most everyone can remember- the day you realized you were growing up. You gotta try this book!

Book Review: the indian in the cupboard
Summary: 5 Stars

This was one of the best books i have read in my life, it was humourus, sad, and makes you think. I liked the book alot, i only read the first one and i wouldn't mind reading the second!
We read the book in class and we all laughed, and cried. I thought the book was a message, saying be careful of what you think and do.

I will recommend this to my teacher, as a lesson in english, to come and post a review! :)

Book Review: Excellent book - highly recommended for young people
Summary: 5 Stars

I have little patience for books, as they can't hold my focus very well - even worse when I was 11

however, this book captured my imagination, even at such a young of age, mainly because it was easy to read and it had a very neat story ---- it was easy to relate my own emtions to it, despite my young age

highly recommended for all readers, especially young ones!

Book Review: William's Review
Summary: 5 Stars

Dear Reader,

I really liked how the rat got loose and it almost ate him. I also liked how he killed the old man and how the rat fell down the steps and he spun around in circles. Then he went to go to the store and the older boy slammed him into the wall. That must of been painful. I also liked how his hair looked. I laughed a lot.

Your pal,

Jombo william,

Book Review: Class favorite
Summary: 5 Stars

My class of 4th graders really enjoyed reading the book , The Indian in the cupboard. This book has very beleivable characters and is a fun fictional story. This story really captures the audience. The dialouge is very realistic and makes the characters come to life. Indian in the cupboard also has a lot of action that makes the book enjoyable to read.
