Book Review: Great organizer - even for multi-family home!
Summary: 4 Stars
My husband and I bought a 2-flat, and his parents gave us this book. This is our first house, and the diary made us realize how many things there are about a house that we need to keep track of. The space to put wall and floor covering information is especially helpful, since we'll probably be painting the rental unit a lot. The book provides plenty of space for writing, but could use some pages with folder-type pockets for receipts. I'm sure we be better able to list the selling points when we're ready to move out as a result of using this book.
