Book Reviews of The Gun Digest Book Of Concealed CarryBook Review: Wonderful Stuff! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great book by one of the renowned experts in this field. Been reading articles in several gun related magazines by Mass Ayoob for quite a while now and he never lets you down when it comes to knowledge of gun related topics. This book is another example of that.
Book Review: super Summary: 5 Stars
Mas is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge. I have not completed this book yet, but it very good. It seems to be written so each chapter stands on its own. He has also written other books, which he may promote a bit too much, but it doesn't seem like there is much overlap.
Book Review: great book Summary: 5 Stars
This ranks among the top books for any concealed carry or personal defense handgun owner along with Massad's book "In the Gravest Extreme". If you carry and don't own either of these books, do yourself a favor and unload your handgun and go buy/read these.
Book Review: Great for any gun owner Summary: 5 Stars
Takes you through different holsters to different clothes. Show you how to present the gun from each holster and the pros and cons to each carry type. Should be owned by any gun owner, even if you currently can't or don't carry. [...]
Book Review: Very pleased Summary: 5 Stars
I was new to CCW and this was exactly what I needed to get started. It covered every topic that I was interested in and touched on issues I had even considered like open carry and the pros/cons on non-traditional carry methods. Exceeded my expectations.
