Book Reviews of The Grouchy LadybugBook Review: Another Eric Carle Classic Summary: 5 Stars
This is certainly one of Eric Carle's classica with a it of an offbeat story, but great nonetheless. If you're really into children's books about ladybugs, I recommend Ladybug Baby Bug, by Janice and Mark Perkins, for it's warm, family message and colorful illustrations of the adorable ladybug family.
Ladybug Baby Bug
Book Review: Wonderful book--one of my child's favorites Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great book and the repetition is great for a emerging young reader. My 3 year old can "read" this book to himself and his baby sister because he can anticipate what will happen when he turns the page. He has language delays due to hearing problems when he repeated ear infections and these repetitious books that Eric Carle has done have been wonderful with slowly introducing him to language.

Book Review: Too sweet Summary: 5 Stars
I bought his book for my oldest son who will be 4 shortly and loved reading it to him. He also loves trying to read it back to me and with the addition of the small clock on the pages and a variety of different animals this book couldn't be sweeter for any age group.
Book Review: Its a great book for children!! Summary: 5 Stars
I loved this book from the very first time that I read it. I am using it for a school project for my Children's Literature class. I am using it because it is a very good quality book. It teaches kids about animals from the littlest bug to the biggest whale!
