This will teach you about the various types of competitions and how to set-up your Glock for them.
It's very practical and was a very enjoyable read.
It also profiles some of the top athletes in the sport and gets their perspective on how to set-up and run the Glock.

The author is a USPSA employee, a Glock Armorer and also owns a small business devoted to Glock customizations.
