Customer Review: As a woman ready I rate it high.......
Summary: 4 Stars
...not because I admire the writer or found the content easy to read, but because apparently women need to read about PUA aka players & their games over & over again, in order once & for all not to be vunerable to them.
Aren't you reviewers who what to aspire to Neil Strauss & other PUA's missing the point? Neil only turned from a AFC (average frustrated chump) to a CFC (conviving frustrasted chump)as he put it a PUA (pickup artist).
These insecure individuals prey on other insecure individuals, however "hot" they are. They don't go after "nice" girls or anyone with an amount of integrity, many who are just as or more attractive then the so called "hotties, but the ones that men who they think are somehow better or greater than themselves are able to lure or trick into bed. If any woman can be manipluated like that, doesn't that really make her "easy"? Don't healthy men want a woman who many times during her social life before him, had the guts & brains to say "no"?
I couldn't overlook what I've suspected all along, all of these PUA's have self esteem problems; that somewhere along the line of their lives they were taught that their real personas weren't enough to have dates or other normal relationships; so they need to rely on trickery to get want they want--in this case easy sex.
This book proves that what was told to us in the 60's & 70's is indeed a lie. Sex is not casual. It wasn't meant to be easy. And theres no such thing as free love.
If this were so,no one would come close to feeling guilty & seeing the dark side of it, the way Neil Strauss eventually did, & you sure wouldn't have to trick anyone to get it.
