Book Review: BRAVO! Another Winner!
Summary: 5 Stars
I was excited to find out what was in store for Win "Geronimo" after having enjoyed "At Risk" -- another great Cornwell book. This book was just what I was hoping for -- a great story and a chance to get to know this new cast of characters in what I hope turns into a series with many more books in the future. The story kept me on the edge of my seat and the length of the book was perfect to accompany me on my flight! It's a great book that won't disappoint!Book Review: BACK TO WRITING GOOD BOOKS

As they say ........ Short, sweet and to the point. No wasted dialogue, no prolonged desciptive passage, no endless pages of inner turmoil by the characters. Just a very enjoyable read. This may be one of Cornwell's best since the early days of Kay Scarpetta. Enjoyed the new characters very much, and look forward to their return in a future novel. I'm not sure the title totally fits the book content, but highly recommended nonetheless. Well done!!!!Book Review: Great Summer Read!

I have read most of Cornwell's Scarpetta series, and loved them, she has always been an expert in the field of character development as well as forensics. When I saw this novella, I was a little hesitant as all the characters I know and love were not featured in it. But, I have to say I was amazed at how fast I took to this new set of characters. Though it was a quick read it still had Cornwell's signature twists and turns, and was highly entertaining.Book Review: THE FRONT

I HAVE ONLY READ A COUPLE OF CORNWELLS BOOKS IN THE PAST, HOWEVER SINCE READING THE FRONT I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO FUTURE RELEASES AND I AM IN BOOKSTORES NOW PURCHASING HER OTHER TITLES. THE FRONT WAS WELL WRITTEN, FAST PACED AND I WAS SORRY TO COME TO THE CONCLUSION OF THE FRONT. I AM SUGGESTING THE FRONT TO ALL MY FRIENDS BECAUSE IT THEY ARE NOT A PATRICIA CORNWELL READER THEY WILL BE AFTER THE FRONT. I CAN NOT WAIT TO READ THESE CHARACTERS AGAIN. Patricia Cornwell does it again! She creates a new series that grabs the attention of the readers from the beginning pages. I couldn't imagine finding characters that I would care as much about as I did the Scarpetta crew...however, here they are in "The Front". I enjoyed this crime novel and finished it in an afternoon. This was a terrific sequel to "At Risk" I look forward to learning more about the antics of Nana, Monique and of course Win.
