Summary: 4 StarsThis is a good jumping off point if you choose to cook once every 30 days or twice a week. Personally, I only cook one entree twice a week but four or five meals worth each entree. I freeze the extra, and after a few weeks of starting this, I have four or five different entrees to choose from whenever I open my freezer!
If it had separate directions on how to freeze items in general (ie. what kind of foods have to be thawed before re-cooking, what kind can be thrown straight into the oven from the freezer, how do you freeze meats differently than pasta, etc), I would have given it five stars. It offers very few rules of thumb, but then gives very specific directions with each specific recipe. For my own recipes that I've been freezing, I've been using the most similar recipe freezing instructions.
