Book Review: Good information, but not a lot to it Summary: 4 Stars
I got this book when I got my new food processor. While the recipes are great (especially the whole wheat bread), there are many other cookbooks out there that have better ones. I feel like a lot of the steps in the recipes could be done more quickly by hand. For example, mincing one clove of garlic in a food processor is pretty pointless.
However, for anyone new to their food processor (or to the kitchen), this does a nice job of giving you ideas for how to use that machine. The recipes just weren't outstanding enough for me to give it a 5 star. After all, if you are making ordinary food, you can do that without a food processor. You should want to use a food processor to help make outstanding food, otherwise you may as well just make some hamburger helper.
