What a great book. Without this "bible" I had no idea what the real reason for a processor was. Now, I find there are so many reasons to have one, I'm not sure how I got along without one! My mother has the predecessor to this cookbook (The Pleasures of your Processor, which is now out of print) and I grew up on it's basic as well as delicious recipes. When I moved to my own home it was the first cookbook I purchased!
