Book Review: Love this book!

After debating for years on whether to get a food processor or not, I bought one! And then realized I know absolutely nothing about how to really use the thing! That's when I found this book.
It's really a wonderful book! It gently takes one by the hand and introduces the joy of processing! The recipes are varied and sound exceptional! Lots of great recipes and a good sized seasonal section as well!
I love it and recommend it to anyone who, like me, hasn't really used a food processor before.

I recently purchased a food processor and couldn't wait to use it so I bought this book--it gives general information as to what can be processed and for how long. I have tried about 8 recipes so far and they are all excellent. My husband is thrilled every time he comes home for dinner and I have tried something new. My only complaint is being that I am not jewish, it is definitely slanted to the jewish faith, and I could do without a chapter on Passover. But other than that, love it and now can't imagine not having it.Book Review: Food Processor Bible is a must!!!

This book is an excellent book if you have a food processor. It has great recipes and it has a large section where it explains in detail how to use your food processor, which blades to use for what task, and even tells you how to clean it. I received a food processor as a gift for Christmas, and the book that comes with the appliance is not detailed enough. The Food Processor Bible will help you get the most out of your food processor. This is a "must have" if you own a food processor. I highly recommend this book.Book Review: I love this book

The Food Processor Bible tells you 10 times more valuable information on how to use your food processor to the fullest than any other instructional books I've found. Once you've read this book you'll be a pro and all of your kitchen chores will be quick and easy. I thought I knew a lot, but I learned so much. The recipes are a delight, and they work. My favorite recipes so far are the Sesame Cheese Straws which are marvelous and the Sticky Chicky which extremely tasty and showy. I really love this book.Book Review: Food Processing Made Easy!

When I bought my new food processor, I knew I would need help to learn how to use it. So I made a special effort to find this particular book, because Norene Gilletz wrote it! Having already purchased one of her other cookbooks, I knew I would find an abundance of know-how and delicious, simple to make recipes. Norene has the rare knack for explaining everything in her book simply and clearly, from food processing, to terminology, to how to's. It's like having your own private cooking instructor!
