Book Review: A fun book to read no matter what your age
Summary: 5 Stars
I received a great deal of fun reading this book. It tells a valuable backstory for the characters of Jango Fett and Boba Fett. It's true that it's a children's book -- but it's about Boba Fett, one of the most intriguing Star Wars characters they've ever given us! If there was a Boba Fett book about potty training I'd probably still read it!
Seriously though, THE FIGHT TO SURVIVE explains a lot of behind the scenes stuff about events in Episode II but at an Episode IV kind of pace. It's fun and exciting, and I fully intend to read all the books in this series.
The character development of Boba Fett, much to my surprise, develops almost like Pinocchio or Oliver Twist. He meets characters which influence him very much in the same vein as Fagin or the Artful Dodger. This makes the book enjoyable not only as a STAR WARS novel but also in a way that would make young readers interested in more classic material as well.
