Book Review: Great cookbook, wonderful recipes

This is a fabulous book for beginning cooks, and for experienced cooks as well. The recipes are clearly explained, and even I can follow them! I love the different ethnic cuisines that are included in the book too - it's not just Asian food.
I've even become comfortable enough with stir-frying to create some of my own recipes, and make variations on Ms. Parkinson's recipes too. And I really liked the tips on preparing rice. Give this book a try!
