Trapped in a hawk's body, having to eat like a hawk, and having to help fight to save the world from hostile aliens. Think it can't get any worst? WRONG!! The yeerks(the evil aliens I was talking about) are getting water from a nearby lake, and the animorphs, Jake, Marco, Cassie, Rachel, and Tobios(the hawk) have to stop them. If they win they get one step closer to victory. If they lose they die, or worst..Book Review: good but sad

animorphs is a very exciting series to me i enjoy reading them, but the encounter was a very good book but it was also very sad. i thought the part with the wolves was said where they all morphed back saftely but tobias was stuck as that hawk that was a sad part to me but other wise the sad parts i thought that animorphs "the encounter" was a very exciting book but very sad.Book Review: Sad but GREAT!!!!

This book is incredibly awesome, but it's SO SAD!!! I think the Animorphs are the best series ever invented!!!!! In this book Tobias begins to get used to his life as a half hawk, half boy. Now the Animorphs go from 5 to 4 1/2, much to Visser Three's luck. But it's really important to only read this book AFTER you've read number one and two, or else you won't understand anything.Book Review: It Made Me Cry......

The 5 main characters are able to morph into animals to get the use of their senses to defeat alien slugs, yeerks. The Animorphs,the 5 main characters, are Jake, Marco, Tobias, Rachel, and Cassie. The author does a great job of describing the morphing process.
