I purchased this book because amazon recomended it to go with the doughnut baking pan I purchased, however there are no recipes in this book for use with this pan. If you want a history and photos of doughnuts this is fine , but if you want baked doughnut recipes look elsewhere.Book Review: Disappointing

I thought this book would have recipes for making donuts. If you are looking for the history of the donut, then this book is for you. I was disappointed as there were very few recipes and not much on icing or pictures either. I'm returning it.
