Customer Review: do not buy if you are seeking recipes
Summary: 2 Stars
a very interesting history of the noble doughnut, with specific emphasis on the author's family's contributions, but not much if you are trying to find/explore doughnut recipes. The Ferroni book is where you should go for recipes and technique
