This book has created an awareness of not only others body language and communication, but my own as well. I work in the hospital environment and have improved my verbal and nonverbal conversations which elicits a sense of mindfulness while talking with loved ones, peers and patients. Our book club read this book and we all really liked it. It is amazing how much you will notice body language every day after you have read the book. I have also been aware of my own body language and have caught myself sending loud messages to others. I recommend it and it was a easy book to read.
