Book Reviews of The Definitive Book of Body Language

Book Review: The Best Book on Body Language I Have Read
Summary: 5 Stars

The first book on body language I have every read was Body Language by Julius Fast. It was terribly dated and had no illustrations. I didn't find it too useful.

However, this book is great. It is chock full of illustrations and great instruction on how to interpret body language and facial expressions. It is not extremely in-depth, but covers it all in a very clear and useful way. I recommend this book.

Book Review: Best book I read so far on Body Language:
Summary: 5 Stars

This is the best book, so far that I read on Body Language. I'd have read many! Each chapter takes you through each body part, and tells you what to look for in the meaning of each gesture and movement of that body part! I recommend this book to anybody who wants to learn to interpret other peoples body language. This is by far the best and first book you should read before any other book!!!!

Book Review: Really useful info
Summary: 5 Stars

It's amazing how much you can tell about somebody from their hand shake or smile. (Chapters one and two). You really will want to start examining people to see if you can tell who is lying or what they really mean. Also, if you're a guy and you really want to fool your girlfriend or wife, you are gonna really have to try hard. It seems that women have a real edge on reading body language.

Book Review: More than I expected
Summary: 5 Stars

When I read The Definitive Book of Body Language, I expected to read about crossed arms and legs, which way some one might be looking and so forth.
I didn't expect this to go into such depth. A very good read and very informative. The only thing that might improve this book is a chapter on how to defend yourself from used car salesmen and politicians, but that's being redundant.

Book Review: Great great great great book
Summary: 5 Stars

This book is extremely informative and I am just getting into body language and reading peoples faces, and this book is great for beginners. It is general, but not too general, and if you pay attention to it, you begin to realized what people are thinking while you talk to them, and realize how people view you. I immensely enjoyed reading it and practicing viewing body language.
