Book Reviews of The Daily FiveBook Review: Excellent resource book!!! Summary: 5 Stars
The Daily Five offers a great resource to structure a classroom of learners for the teacher who is beginning to teach a group of young literacy learners. GREAT RESOURCE of classroom structure and expectation! There is a structure of expectations for each minute of the literacy time. I am excited to introduce this to my First Graders this Fall.

Book Review: Best I've Read Summary: 5 Stars
This book is good for schools using a core program and those using a literature based approach. It demostrates how to use modeling to get the most from all areas of literacy and have all the children engaged. This is truly one of the best books I have read for getting the most from your reading program and it is an easy read.
Book Review: Excellent resource! Summary: 5 Stars
I think these womenn are brilliant. They have basically given reader's workshop a very detailed structure. The text is VERY friendly to read, but very explicit at the same time - from modeling to independent practice. The examples, anchor charts, etc. are great. Highly recommended. Their CAFE book is equally as good.
