I've purchased many books on crystals in the past. The Crystal Bible is very complete with over 200 crystals featured, and it gives easy to understand explanations of how crystals are created, as well as how they do what they do. I would highly recommend this book.Book Review: Great Book

Pictures are helpful and the information is enough to satisfy general curiosity (without boring you). I love this book because each stone that is listed has at least one picture to go with it, if not 2 or more. It describes the spiritual use of the stone & the medicinal use of the stone. It's small & easy to carry around with you while stone shopping.
