Since mankind chooses to adorn himself why not use crystals that might aid in mental or physical wellness. This book explains formation and properties of over 200 crystals. I purchased this book at the same time I purchased Love is in the Earth. I must say that even though this book may look smaller, it is packed full of information for just about every stone. It not only gives the attributes of each stone, but it also gives you a picture of the stone and the healing areas that each stone can be used for. OK, so the medical professional doesn't believe this. A lot of us do! Get this book! You won't be sorry.Book Review: Excellent Book!

I have found this book to be quite useful - especially the index where you can look up a particular use and then find stones that correlate (i.e. childbirth, throat chakra, etc.). The pictures are great and there seems to be a good mix of practical information about stones and their spiritual meanings. The entries are concise and there are quick reference charts for each entry. I highly recommend this book!Book Review: Shiny bright and brilliant

I love this book. In fact the whole series of these books is really great. This is a comprehensive book which alphabetically lists many many ( over 200 ) crystals and describes their attributes. Not too verbose, not to shallow, just the perfect amount of information.
The pictures are beautiful too. They certainly come in handy when I am unsure of a particular crystal piece.

Book Review: The best crystal reference guide out there!

I have used a few different reference guides, but this is the easiest to understand and put your crystals to use! Has photos of the crystals, and gives detailed information of the specific gifts each crystal offers. Includes how to clear, clean, and recenter yourself, ask for protection and healing. I would recommend this to anyone interested in enhancing the use of their crystals.
