Book Review: Never lose hope....

Once again, I was not let down by Nicholas Sparks' compelling love story of a young couple who fall in love over night. It is a story that teaches readers to stay strong and to never lose hope. I thought the novel was an excellent read. The realistic characters and events in the novel made it both heartwarming and heartbreaking all in one fantastic story. The hardship Travis struggles to face in the novel leaves me with a feeling of hope and inspiration. If you love Nicholas Sparks you will love this book.

How many of us have a plan for if a love one is alive but unresponsive? That question haunted me quite a bit as I read through this book. Would we be able to keep visiting, loving, believing and living if we had to go through it? Nicholas Sparks does a great job of making us not only love his characters but relate to them in ways that make them friends. I found in this book I knew many people like the characters in my life and it drew me into Spark's story even more. A great book by a great author.Book Review: Gripping Story...

I really liked this one. It was beyond heartwarming. But it asks some major questions about just what would you do and how far would you actually go for love? "The Choice" is a gripping story that takes you to those deep dark places concerning faith, love, commitment, enduring, and truth. And it makes you ask yourself where do your beliefs truly lie when faced with such life altering decisions.
I would highly recommend this read.

Looking for a good romantic book, I picked up the choice based on the good reviews and summary. Overall, I thought it was a good book, not great but good. I expected a little more romance and more on the relationship rather than their lives before the relationship. Sparks is a descriptive writer so that was good and I saw the whole picture clearly as I read each page. Look into it if you are looking for a good, romantic read.Book Review: The Choice

This is the first book by Nicholas Sparks that I have read. While I enjoyed the story line I thought it could have been better written. There was so much more the writer could have done with this story and I kept thinking of the "what" in the gaps of time he used, but not in a good way. I do plan to read a few of his other books before deciding if I read them all...
