Book Reviews of The Capture (Guardians of Ga'hoole, Book 1)

Book Review: the capture(the devouered by amanda)
Summary: 5 Stars

Soren is supposedly knocked out of his family tree in the forest of Tyoto Kingdom of Barnowls. He meets his first friend in the pit of St. Aggies academy orphanage. Glyfie is not moon-blinked like soren, so they try to find others who are not. Hortense was actually 3 she was just really small and killed by puff(the pit caretaker). They will keep trying and hopefully find there famillies.

This book will show what nature is really like Its REALLY REALLY REALLY SUSPENSFUL. iTS unimanigable to how much this is simaler to life.

Book Review: really good book for 9-11 years old
Summary: 5 Stars

I usually read all books I buy for my son. I like this one. It makes kids think and ask questions. And my son actually reread the book in 6 months again. I disagree with readers who recommend "Warriors" instead of "Ga'hoole". Kids read "Warriors", there is a lot of action, and etc. But the books do not make them think, they forget them right away. They are more like chewing gum. The 'Ga'hoole' books make them think. Characters are just right for this age, not too simple and not too sophisticated.

Book Review: The Capture
Summary: 5 Stars

The Capture,By Katheryn Lasky,is the best book that i have ever read.It is about an owl named Soren whom was born in the forest of Tyto, a tranquil kingdom where the Barn owls dwell. But, Soren falls from his hollow in a tree and discovers that evil lurks in the owl world, and that that evil threatens to shatter Tyto's peace and change Soren's life forever.Soren finds this out when he is captured. And after this part, I can garentee that you will never put the book down until you have finished it.

Book Review: It's up there!
Summary: 5 Stars

From "Triocat", age 7.

I think the Capture was a really great book and i really enjoyed it when they were scheming on how to get out of St Aegolius Academy for Orphaned Owls. I thought Soren and Gylfie were great characters. I've read most of the Guardians of Ga'Hoole books now, and I can't wait to read War of the Ember! This is a great book for anyone who likes adventures, animals, and surprises! That's exactly the kind of book I like best.

Book Review: Can we get a Hoot Hoot!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is an awesome action packed opening to the thriller series The Gaurdians of GaHoole. in this story we start out in the distant future were animals are the dominant species on the planet and there is one isolated forest known as Tyto where Barn Owls run in abundance. but when young Soren is kicked out of his nest and taken to S.T Ageolisus awful orphanage he and his new friend Gylfie must resist this evil, and do what they've never done before: fly
