If you collect perfume, you probably want this book. Outside of the fact that it is big, pretty, full of beautiful pictures, it contains a centuries old history of scent. If you're a collector you could do yourself a favor by buying this book and making a list of the titles cited to add to your stash. If you just like big pretty books, this is a great coffee table enhancer. I really like it.
