This cook book is full of great recipes. I have only been using it for about three weeks now but I love most every recipe so far. As a mom who likes to make homemade meals I am always looking for new and easy recipes that are nutritious and yummy. I would have given it 5 starts but I did try one pancake recipe that came out much too runny. Other than that one recipe though it has been a fantastic cook book and I would definitely recommend it.Book Review: Pretty good...

This is a better book than the Bon Appetit Cookbook (orange cover). It has simple explanations on what each recipe is and the directions are easy to follow. Now some of the recipes take more time than they call for and but overall if you're experienced, it'll be easy. Definite variety of recipes, which all cookbooks have and one thing that could have been helpful, on each chapter they list the recipes--they should have listed the page with it.Book Review: Great book but disappointing subscription offer!!

This is the third bookcook I have purchased that was published by Bon Appetit and am glad I did. It is full of wonderful, easy to follow recipes that taste great! It's a must have in my opinion.
