I have a collection of hundreds of cookbooks and this is the best cookbook I have ever owned. I have purchased five so far - probably will buy more. All of my friends and family must have one.
The recipes are simple and fast but the flavors are complex and delicious.
If you own only one cookbook, this should be the one.
I cannot wait for fast easy fresh 2.

I received this as a gift. I love it. If you are the type that keep lots of seasoning on hand, olive oil, soy sauce, ginger and like fresh herbs this is the book for you. Most recipes are 30 minutes aand under. It is very simple ans easy to follow. Dishes are from all around the world. This is a food bible for me. Enjoy!Book Review: My new favorite cookbook!

I got this book as a gift and have been absolutely thrilled with it. I've tried many of the recipes and have loved every single one of them. They are fairly simple and the ingredients are easy to come by, mostly things I already have in my kitchen. Love, love this book and highly recommend it.Book Review: Awesome!

I love that this book has a great combination of larger and smaller meals. My husband & I hate large meals for just the two of us, as I hate to eat leftovers.
