Book Reviews of The Best Recipes in the WorldBook Review: Bittman does it again! Summary: 5 Stars
This is an excellent book for those that like both simple and gourmet cooking. The recipes are simple and easy to do, but gourmet like in taste. The only shortcoming is that he occasionally will use something not available at just any store - like Juniper Berries - where do you get those things? Overall I'd highly recommend this book.
Book Review: easy, authentic tasting, delicious recipes from around the world Summary: 5 Stars
Although I have well over 300 cookbooks that I consult regularly this book is becoming my favorite. Just reading the book is an amazing educational experience but tasting the food is what truly joins us to people we may never be able to visit. Thank you Mark Bittman.
Book Review: Many recipes from all over the world Summary: 5 Stars
This book is very large. Many recipes. Kinda hard to hold, due to the heaviness of book, however you will find very interesting recipes inside the cover.
Great buy. Enjoy. Sit down put your feet up and search for the recipes to suit your taste buds!
Book Review: A great book. Summary: 5 Stars
Mark Bittman is FANTASTIC. I can enthusiastically recommend any of his books, and this one is no exception. This book has more of a "world cuisine" focus than his others, and is a great resource for someone trying to venture out into new culinary territory.
