Book Review: Helps document the most exciting time of your life.

I bought this based on reviews and have not seen any other pregnancy journal so I have no idea how it fares compared with others.
I am just basing it on how it benefited me.
While it may be rigid and not have enough space for ultra sound photos, I am glad I bought it as I was able to document what I went through during my pregnancy.
Most of the pages are for belly shots - it is a belly book after all.
You get a page for each pregnancy week and on that page you have photo space on top and notes on the bottom half.
By the way, the space is too small for a 4 x 6 photo so I had to cover the date of the week which i wasn't too happy about.
Also, I didn't necessarily like to have my picture taken while I was pregnant so those spaces, I just filled with ultrasound shots.
I do agree that the trimesters are off.
The book may be rigid and things won't necessarily apply to everyone but it did serve as a guide to me. When I felt like filling it in, I would fill in whatever applied to me and that would get me into a groove that I end up using empty spaces randomly and express my thoughts even if it had nothing to do with the date or topic. Some of the blank pages I filled with pictures so it ended up like a tiny scrapbook and diary rolled into one.
I think every woman who is expecting should have a pregnancy journal, whether it's this Belly Book or not. It is awesome to be able to read it postpartum and be amazed at how your life has changed a thousand fold from the day you filled the first page out.
