An excellent handbook, better than therapy because you know the quality of help you're getting, IMHO. You don't have to have full blown phobias to be helped by this, so don't be shy about delving in and relieving yourself from negative self talk, chronic stress, or any kind of avoidance.

My counselor that i'm seeing due to my anxiety recommended this book. I really think its great. This book gives you a lot of tools and detailed explanations on different types of anxieties & phobias. If you can't afford to see a dr. or a counselor get this book, it's just as good! =)

Very comprehensive and detailed description on many aspects of dealing with anxiety and phobia. From physical and mental, all the explanations, the exercises and workshops, and the advice and examples will help you get back on the road to recovery. Book recommended by psychologists.

I am only on chapter two and could write a better review when I finish the book. With old eyes that will take awhile though. I find the book to be very good and recomend it to anyone with an anxiety problem. I have looked the whole book over and it appears to be very thourough.

This is an amazing book.I myself found that it actually helped me learn to cope rather than fight anxiety.Very well written.If you have anxiety or phobias get this book!!!I never realized how much i was stressing myself out until the book helped me see what i was doing wrong.
