I only wish I had found this book before I went on Lexapro. I feel this book covers probably almost everyone's "problems. It has wonderful idea's for dealing with a myriad of situation and above all makes you realize that YOU ARE NOT CRAZY! I feel empowered that I can make a difference in how I react to my own mind and what a difference that can make.

Workbook that deals with all aspects of anxiety and phobias. No matter where they start or the reasons behind them, there seems to be no end of information in the book to address it all. Not all info is pertinent to everyone but there is so much info that it is the most comprehensive book I have found. Recommended by a psychologist.

This is an incredible resource with anyone dealing with anxiety. The workbook covers the likly causes of anxiety, provides numerous coping techniques and excercises and discusses new various treatments availible.
The workbook is easy to read and written with compassion.

For anyone with Anxiety problems this is a good reference book, and needs to be consulted regularly. One needs self-discipline to do the exercises, but with perseverence they do work, and the meditation section is excellent. It presents a practical approach to problems many of us have.

This book was very helpful; actually suggested by a doctor. He lent us the book, and we thought it was so helpful, we bought a copy. It is easy to understand--divided into different categories of anxiety; the causes of this problem, and helpful, easy to use suggestions to use every day.
