Book Reviews of The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook, Fourth EditionBook Review: Christian Therapist, at Shepherds Hill Farm Residential Center Summary: 5 Stars
I have found the Anxiety Phobia Workbook to be an outstanding tool in working with young people ages 12-18. I have used it in small groups, and individually. Depending on the age and maturity of the client, the workbook guides an individual to take responsibility and ownership of the diagnosis, and the specific part they play in the healing of this complex disorder.

Book Review: Helpful book! Summary: 5 Stars
I haven't finished this book yet, however, for someone dealing with anxiety issues, there have been helpful tools presented to help cope with and avoid anxiety attacks. I was told that I would think this book was written for me, and in most cases, it was! I have already recommended this book to a friend and I would recommend it to anyone who is dealing with anxiety and related conditions.
Book Review: Very helpful Summary: 5 Stars
The book is proving very useful in reducing my anxiety in certain situations. The breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation technique are especially helpful in curbing the anxious and stressful feelings that I have been experiencing every day. I'm grateful to my therapist for recommending this book and I would highly recommend it to anyone in a similar situation.
Book Review: Good book, but took longer than they originally said, to arrive. Summary: 5 Stars
I Love the book, a lot of good information, but if I had known that when they said it would arrive within a certain amount of days, regular shipping, they really meant another week or more later. Very disappointed cause I needed the book sooner than that and could have gotten it for about the same price at a local bookstore and wouldn't have had to pay for shipping costs.
Book Review: Thorough and helpful Summary: 5 Stars
I have found this book very helpful. I was ready to schedule an appointment with a therapist regarding anxiety and claustrophobia when she recommended I buy this book. Since reading it, I have felt better and will hold off on therapy. It presents tools very well, but it is the reader's responsibility to follow through and apply them. I recommend it highly.
